The Trail of Faith is open only for guided tours through the week for individuals and groups who have called and scheduled a guided tour in advance. Individuals and groups are scheduled for guided tours Monday - Saturday. Please call or email us for more information and admission fees/group rates.
Directions:
I-40 to Exit 111. Take Carolina Street to Main Street (Highway 70). Turn left at traffic light and travel Main Street to Church Street. Turn right onto Church Street. The Trail of Faith is located on top of the hill to the right.
The Ciabas Church and Visitor Center are available to rent for Weddings and Receptions, Family Reunions, and other meetings or events. Call for more information.
The Waldensian Trail of Faith was started in 1993 to preserve the history and heritage of the Waldensian people who settled the town of Valdese, NC. Valdese is the largest settlement of Waldensian people outside Italy. Our mission is to provide an inspiring, educational tour of 2,000 years of Waldensian history.
